Returns and refunds

Your satisfaction means a lot to me. If you’re not happy with your purchase, I gladly accept returns and exchanges, with a few exceptions.

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

T-shirts are final sale.

All T-shirts are made to order and printed individually, so I do not keep stock in multiple sizes. For this reason, T-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges (Eligible Items Only)

Buyer responsibilities:

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Items must be sent back in their original condition.

Once I receive the returned package:

For Returns:

I will issue a refund for the item price (shipping costs are non-refundable).

For Exchanges:

After receiving the return, I will ship a replacement.

The buyer covers the return shipping, and I cover the cost of sending the replacement.

💳 Refunds Before Shipping

If you request a cancellation before the order has been shipped, I will refund the entire order, because I haven’t spent anything on shipping yet.
